complete a plant-wide control standardization plan on temperature
control and machine control.

wide chiller system integrated into existing electrical grid and
process water system. Multiple control systems, OEM chiller systems
and alarm system were integrated into one central chilling plant.

Laminating line created integrating temperature and pressure control
with the motion and line control of a drive system.
Food
Processing – Baking, Dairy, Cheese Production, Meat Production
• Cheese
processing facility was developed to maximize thruput but minimize
maintenance costs. Using temperature and level control products
to ease maintenance requirement while meeting needs of difficult
environment.
• Food
grade packaging equipment was integrated using temperature control,
power control and industrial grade PC / HMI. This system was created
and approved with a UL mark.
General Heating
• Burner
control systems can be developed with temperature control, carbon
control, cascade control or master slave control strategies. These
systems must be tightly integrated with an FM approved high limit
system and flame safety system.
