- Can
you melt plastic efficiently?
When heating plastics
we can use Infrared Heat, Convection Heat or Hot Air.
- Can
electric heaters be made to last?
With the proper watt
density per square inch and the correct lead termination the heaters
will have a long life.
- Can
you make a cartridge (rod, pencil) heater that will not seize
in the bore?
There is a split sheath
heater available that does not warp and the manufacturer will
guarantee removal from the bore providing the bore fit is a minimum
of .005” and there is no bore contamination to cause seizure.
- Can
I get heaters that are unique to my application?
We can get the correct
kind of heater for your application including holes or special
adaptations.
