Education: Two-year Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in automation or motion control.
Experience and/or Training: Minimum of 3 years related experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components. Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning, speaking), Time Management skills. Experience working with customers and vendors.
Licenses/Certificates: N/A
Technology/Equipment: Computing/Software Skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and electrical design software.
Education: Four year Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience and/or Training: 10+ years related experience. Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning, speaking), Time Management skills. Experience working with customers and vendors. Experience managing projects and/or mentoring other engineers.
Licenses/Certificates: N/A
Technology/Equipment: Computing/Software Skills including Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Eplan, and Solidworks.

Occasional travel (local, national, international) is required.
May be required to work hours outside of the typical 7:30a.m. – 4:30 p.m. day., and on-call on nights and weekends (2 – 3 per year).
The noise level in the work environment is from moderate to loud. Travel is approximately 25-30% (breakdown of 60% Midwest, 40% Nationwide). Occasional remote work may be an option for this position. May be required to work hours outside of the typical 7:30-4:30 day.
